In November 2025, Henderson Park agreed to forward fund a 453-bed PBSA portfolio in Scotland, comprising two schemes: Jock's Lodge in Edinburgh (191 beds) and St George's Road in Glasgow (262 beds). These projects are expected to reach practical completion in time for the 2027-28 academic year and are designed to high sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings. Previously, the company, in partnership with Hines, developed a 347-bed student accommodation asset in Barcelona, which opened in January 2024 and was subsequently sold in March 2025. This Barcelona property achieved LEED Platinum and WiredScore certification.
