Additionally, Glencairn Properties completed a project involving the regeneration of an end-of-use petrol station into 149 PBSA beds on behalf of a FTSE 100 pension fund in Summer 2023. Laura Maginnis, Development Manager, manages projects from initial land appraisal through the planning process and technical stages to completion, drawing on a 12-year career as an Architect.
