Artisan Real Estate has recently announced the launch of St Vincent Studios, a new student accommodation facility located on St Vincent Street in the heart of Glasgow. This impressive green terracotta building will house 321 self-contained studio apartments, which are projected to be completed and ready for occupancy by July 2026, just in time for the forthcoming academic year.

The construction of this significant project commenced in November 2024, with Artisan Real Estate collaborating with Housing Growth Partnership and GRAHAM, who is serving as the construction partner. St Vincent Studios will feature a total of 14 floors dedicated to the studio apartments, while communal facilities will be accessible across all 16 floors, enhancing the living experience for students.

Students residing at St Vincent Studios will benefit from an array of amenities designed to promote a vibrant and engaging community. These include private roof terraces, study lounges, a cinema room, a games room, a gym, and a yoga and dance studio. In addition, a ninth-floor dining space will offer picturesque views of the city. The development will also provide internal cycle storage for 160 bicycles and app-operated laundry facilities.
