Current Construction Status
According to Study Inn, the construction is advancing well, with substructure works nearing completion. Notably, new retaining walls have been installed, and work has commenced on the lower ground floor slab. The project is on track, with the light gauge steel frame scheduled to begin at the end of July 2026.

The Frederick Road PBSA development is anticipated to welcome students from September 2027, providing a total of 207 student bedrooms. This project is designed to offer a variety of amenities, including social, study, and wellness spaces, aimed at enhancing the living experience for students.
