Additionally, Unipol's national House Hunting Behaviour Survey, which gathered responses from over 2,600 students across 37 universities, reveals critical insights into the affordability crisis in student housing and highlights potential impacts from the forthcoming Renters’ Rights Bill.

The organisation is also actively involved in developing the next generation of housing professionals through initiatives such as the Student Housing Apprenticeship Programme.
