The firm also completed the DB Schenker Logistics Facility, a 52,000 sq/ft logistics building with supporting offices, and the Ennis Primary Care Centre, a 7,250m2 design and build project in Ennis, Co. Clare.

Within its diverse project experience, Monami Construction has undertaken significant developments in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector. The company has completed numerous projects for institutions in the third-level educational sector, including the University of Limerick, Trinity College, Mary Immaculate College Limerick, and NUI Galway. Specific PBSA projects include the Westside Place Student Accommodation in Galway, which involves the construction of a building ranging from one to seven storeys and comprises 240 student bedspaces. These bedspaces are organised into 32 clusters, each featuring communal living, kitchen, and dining facilities. Additionally, Monami Construction is the main contractor for the Queen Street Student Accommodation in Galway City, an eight-storey development anticipated for completion in 2026. This project is designed to provide accommodation for 345 students and will include amenities such as common study areas, a cinema room, a gym/studio, a wellness hub, bicycle storage, a 24/7 reception, and landscaped rooftop terraces.
