Additionally, BAM Construction was appointed by Balliol College in Oxford to create approximately 220 student bedrooms as part of its Master's Field masterplan, a £39.6 million development expected to open in summer 2020. As of 2013, the company had delivered over 100 university faculty and accommodation buildings.
