The 15-storey PBSA building, situated above Southwark Tube station, is conceived to offer a best-in-class student living experience in a well-connected London location. Designed by AHMM architects, the development aims for high sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM Outstanding for the PBSA element. Construction for this scheme is anticipated to commence in 2026 and conclude in 2028.
