Another project, Otago Lane in Glasgow, was granted planning in December 2025 to provide 152 student bed spaces in close proximity to the University of Glasgow, featuring a mix of studio and cluster accommodation and targeting BREEAM excellent and WiredScore Gold.
Further developments include The Garage at 98 Harvest Road, Englefield Green, where works were completed in August 2021. Viridian Studios in Kingston Upon Thames, originally completed as student accommodation in September 2017, is undergoing conversion into a 63-bed co-living accommodation. The Podium in Surrey offers accommodation for 178 students across four buildings, designed around a central courtyard. Additionally, The Pad in Egham Hill comprises two phases, providing accommodation for 116 and 104 students respectively, serving Royal Holloway University of London. The firm integrates advanced sustainable technologies and energy-efficient systems into its projects to ensure long-term environmental performance and asset resilience.
