Among its current projects, Axis-RE is engaged in the mixed-use regeneration of a three-acre site in Lancaster City Centre, known as Brewery Lane. This development aims to connect the retail area, culture, and canal network through modern constructions that harmonise with existing heritage. Additionally, the firm is developing The Joinery, a 261-unit Build to Rent project located in Manchester's Northern Quarter, designed to offer modern living within a vibrant urban setting.
