Abodus Student Living is making strides in the refurbishment of the St James purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project located in Glasgow, executed by Inspired Projects Developments. Significant progress has been made on the amenity spaces, with stripping out existing flooring and finishes, paving the way for the new design elements to take shape.

The current development encompasses the renovation of various ground-floor amenity areas, which includes a cinema and gym, alongside the introduction of a new private dining space. C&H Whittle Joinery is actively engaged in the construction works, under the management of James Banner, with design contributions from Beth Mundy at Inspired Projects Developments.
