Located in Beeston, Nottingham, this project is being developed by Cassidy Group and will be operated by Fresh. Construction commenced in January 2025, with contractor Winvic aiming for practical completion this month, just ahead of the 2026/27 academic year.

Beckton House consists of 419 self-contained studios, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette, along with ground-floor commercial space. The development is designed to achieve an EPC A rating, showcasing its commitment to energy efficiency. Its prime location next to Beeston tram stop offers a swift four-minute tram ride to the University of Nottingham’s University Park campus.
Amenities and Features
Residents will benefit from a 24/7 gym, cinema room, private dining area, study spaces, and various social areas. The project celebrated its topping out milestone in October 2025 when the structural frame was completed ahead of schedule. Maber is responsible for the architectural design, while Zorin Finance is providing the necessary funding for this ambitious development.
Marketing and Pricing
With the September opening approaching, Beckton House is currently being marketed, with booking management handled by Fresh. Studios are being advertised from £199 per week, which includes utility bills and Wi-Fi. This development is part of Cassidy Group’s broader PBSA pipeline, which includes active student accommodation projects in Nottingham, Sheffield, Wolverhampton, and Bradford.
Once completed, Fresh will oversee operations at Beckton House, enhancing its appeal within the competitive UK PBSA market.
