Overview
CODE Fairfax Street is a city-centre purpose-built student scheme on Fairfax Street in Coventry, operated by CODE Students. The development comprises 1,206 self-contained studio flats — each with its own kitchen and bathroom — across four towers that rank among Coventry's tallest habitable buildings, with skyline and penthouse studios on upper floors.
The scheme sits approximately 150 metres from Coventry University's Hub side of campus and two minutes' walk from the main campus, with Pool Meadow Bus Station adjacent for direct services to the University of Warwick. Facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, cinema, study areas, communal lounges, 24/7 security, and a programme of free social and wellbeing events.
Rooms are available to undergraduate and postgraduate students from Coventry, Warwick, and other universities. All studio contracts include bills, contents insurance, and access to CODE's on-site fitness and events programme — positioning Fairfax Street as one of Coventry's largest premium studio-only PBSA offers.
