Broadgate Park

Broadgate Park is a large student village in Beeston operated by University Partnerships Programme in official partnership with the University of Nottingham. Established in 2003, the estate comprises more than forty purpose-built accommodation blocks in leafy grounds less than a ten-minute walk from University Park Campus West Entrance, home to over 2,000 University of Nottingham students each year.

The village offers self-catered accommodation across a wide range of room types — standard and en-suite cluster flats, studios, and twin rooms — with utility bills included. Three on-site social spaces support study and community life, and the location provides quick access to Beeston town centre as well as tram and bus links to Nottingham city centre.

Broadgate Park is one of the closest self-catered options to University Park and forms part of UPP's long-term partnership with the University of Nottingham, alongside satellite residences at Albion House and Cloister House. The partnership model combines estate management with ongoing investment in room quality across undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts.
