East Park

East Park is a 1,182-bed self-catered student village on the University of Exeter's Streatham Campus, developed and operated by University Partnerships Programme in partnership with the university. Completed in two phases — 604 rooms in 2020 and a further 578 in 2021 — the scheme provides modern undergraduate accommodation a short walk from the centre of campus.

The development comprises 912 en-suite rooms in flats of five to eight students and 270 standard rooms in flats of ten, all with three-quarter double beds and shared kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. Designed by Stride Treglown and built by VINCI Building, the village prioritises wellbeing through green spaces, accessible shared study and social areas, and a balance between private bedrooms and community interaction.

East Park sits alongside UPP's other Exeter schemes including Moberly and Spreytonway, forming part of the university's strategy to expand on-campus accommodation and ease pressure on the private rental market in Exeter city.
