Overview
Hollis Croft is a 972-bed purpose-built student village at 17 Hollis Croft in Sheffield city centre — a 17-storey tower block on the corner of Broad Lane and Tenter Street, opened by Student Roost for the 2019/20 academic year.
The scheme delivers 611 en-suite bedspaces, 349 studios and a handful of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with shared flats accommodating up to nine friends. Rooms include small double beds, desks, wardrobes and private bathrooms, with all utility bills, Wi-Fi and contents insurance included in the rent.
On-site facilities include a 24-hour gym, cinema room, karaoke booths, study spaces, games and hosting kitchens, outdoor courtyard and laundry, backed by a 24/7 on-site team. The Diamond at the University of Sheffield is a five-minute walk and Sheffield Hallam's city campus is about ten minutes away.
