YTL Developments has revealed fresh images of The Propeller Quarter, a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development located in Brabazon. Set to welcome its first residents in September, this innovative project promises to enhance the student living experience in Bristol.

The Propeller Quarter will feature two residential buildings constructed by YTL Construction UK, implementing a variety of cutting-edge off-site solutions. Upon its opening, the development will provide 745 beds tailored for students in Bristol and the wider Southwest region. Additionally, two more residential buildings will be introduced in the next academic year, raising the total accommodation capacity to over 1,500 beds.
