With external façades and roofing works nearing completion, this ambitious £85 million project features 540 studios spread across two blocks, reaching heights of ten to 29 storeys.

As the project enters its final phase, the focus has shifted towards mechanical and electrical testing and commissioning, alongside the finishing touches on external groundworks and landscaping, all in preparation for the handover.
