Furniture provider Farrell has collaborated with Hollybrook to deliver a comprehensive furniture package for the Signal House Wimbledon purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project. As the development nears completion, a newly released image highlights the design and ambience of a bedroom within the 278-room facility. Upon finalisation, the scheme will be managed by Mezzino.

The Signal House development boasts a variety of amenities aimed at enhancing student life. These include a games lounge, breakfast bar, cinema room, study areas, landscaped courtyard, gym, dedicated study lounge, theatre kitchen, private dining space, app-enabled laundry facilities, and air-conditioned bedrooms and cluster kitchens.
Current Status and Future Plans
Hollybrook has announced that the final touches are being applied as the project approaches handover. Developed in partnership with Angelo Gordon, Signal House Wimbledon is set to complete in time for the 2026/2027 academic year. Additionally, the development will feature a 275 sqm commercial unit alongside improvements to the surrounding public realm.
