Partnership for Development
In partnership with Centurion Corporation, Landmark Properties is set to develop a scheme that will boast 225 beds on the William Road site, located conveniently near Euston Station. This project is designed to include a variety of communal spaces alongside state-of-the-art amenities, which are vital components in attracting today’s discerning student population. The collaboration between these two companies combines Landmark’s robust development expertise with Centurion’s extensive operational experience in managing student accommodation.
Strategic Expansion Plans
Landmark Properties is actively working to build a diverse portfolio of UK PBSA schemes, focusing on prime regional university cities as well as prestigious Central London locations. Currently, the company has a pipeline that exceeds 3,000 beds, indicating a robust growth trajectory within the UK market.
