HG Construction has recently been awarded the role of main contractor by Fusion Group for two significant purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) projects located in Cardiff and Loughborough. These new developments are a testament to HG Construction’s ongoing growth and expansion strategy within the UK market.
The Cardiff Development
The Cardiff scheme is set to be developed at Longcross Court, transforming a notable site into an impressive 17-storey high-quality student accommodation facility. This project not only aims to provide excellent living conditions for students but is also positioned in a sustainable location, aligning with modern urban development standards.
The Loughborough Project
In Loughborough, the project focuses on the regeneration of a previously derelict brownfield site located adjacent to the Grand Union Canal Basin. This ambitious eight-storey development will offer a blend of high-quality student accommodation and essential amenities, as well as landscaped courtyards and garden spaces, enhancing the overall living experience for students.
