Architectural Features and Amenities
The proposed development will feature two impressive towers, standing at 19 and 27 storeys respectively, and will include extensive amenity provisions designed to support student life. Furthermore, approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial space is planned for the ground level, which will enhance the local community and provide essential services for residents.
Approval and Construction Timeline
The project received Gateway 2 approval at the end of the previous year, paving the way for construction to commence on-site. Completion of the scheme is anticipated for summer 2028, and HG Construction plans to utilise its self-delivery model extensively. This includes in-house capabilities for concrete frame work, SFS, bathroom pods, and drylining, which will help ensure quality and adherence to the project timeline.
