Fusion Group has successfully obtained planning consent for an impressive 507-bedroom purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project situated at the Portswood Centre retail parade in Southampton. This new development promises to cater to the increasing demand for high-quality student housing in the area, reflecting the ongoing growth of the UK PBSA market.
Planning Approval Secured
The approved scheme will consist of two distinct buildings, comprising five and six storeys respectively. In addition to the student bedrooms, the project will feature a range of on-site amenities designed to enhance the living experience for residents. These amenities will include private study spaces, fitness facilities, and wellness areas, all aimed at supporting the health and wellbeing of students.
