Hardman took on the role of Head of UK Living Sector in June 2022. Over the years, he has been instrumental in leading the Living Valuation team and has played a key role in driving growth for CBRE’s living sectors by integrating various aspects of its residential business.

“After 20 years, the time has come for me to leave CBRE. It’s been a great ride, plenty of highlights, too many to mention here. When I arrived in July 2006, it was a step into the unknown and I couldn’t have imagined the good things that were to come.
